Make sure you have the latest Divx Web Player Installed. 2. Make sure you press the PLAY (Triangle button) at the lower left hand corner of the player box! Then it will say "Connecting" > "Buffer" > then the video should start. Problem: The video is buffering forever!! 1. The buffering process should take only about 10 seconds at most, if it takes a long time ask yourself the following: Are you on broadband DSL or Cable? 51k users won't be able to play these smoothly (most likily). 2. Are you in a college dorm, some dorm will cap your speed so you are left with the solution of waiting for the buffer to finish. 3. Are you currently downloading anything with any programs? pause them will help the speed. Problem: Well, i was having no problem yesterday, but today..takes me so long to get pass "connecting" and buffering. 1. Well if that is the case, either your connection or the video server is down or congested (most likily the video servers). You best bet is to wait it out, I do apologize though. Problem: It saids 404, file not found when press Play. 1. mesg me on the shoutbox, that video is dead, I need to find you guys another source.
